Matt Dellon, MSW, is an integrative mental health therapist who combines traditional talk therapy with holistic health coaching and functional nutrition. As a solution-focused, trauma-informed therapist, Matt specializes in supporting adults through life's most significant transitions. He creates a collaborative space where clients can explore their authentic identity, reshape their relationship with food and body, and develop sustainable wellness practices that stick. Matt's integrative approach allows clients to discover deeper meaning and purpose by analyzing the helpfulness of patterns, and equipping them with practical skills for sustained growth.

Drawing from both professional expertise and personal experience overcoming health challenges, Matt offers a unique, whole-person approach to mental health. He believes healing happens when we address both mind and body, helping clients create lasting change through practical strategies and deep personal insight.

Matt's dual expertise as both a therapist and Certified Holistic Health Coach allows him to meet clients where they are across the lifespan. During your initial consultation, clients can explore whether therapy or holistic coaching best suits your current needs and goals.
