Care built around you, not an insurance form

We're primarily out of network on purpose. It means your treatment isn't capped by a session limit, your therapist spends their time on you instead of on claims, and your records stay between the two of you.

Most clients use their out-of-network benefits. We send you a superbill each month, and many plans reimburse 50 to 80 percent. We're also in network with Northwell Direct.

How it works

  1. Tell us what's going on. A short form, about five minutes.
  2. We match you. Our team reads every request and suggests the therapist who fits. Then you have a free 15-minute consultation to make sure it feels right.
  3. Start. Book your first session in person or online.
